Ticket policy
Please read this before you buy.
1All sales are final
Tickets and passes are non-refundable. We do not refund any ticket or pass, for any reason, including if you can no longer attend, bought the wrong date, ticket type or quantity, or arrive late.
2You cannot change tickets yourself
Tickets cannot be cancelled, changed or exchanged on this website or at the door.
3Changing the date or time (same show only)
BIPAM can move your ticket to another date or time of the same show if seats are available. Email contact@bipam.org with your order number (for example BP27-000123) and the date/time you would like, before your original showtime starts. Your ticket keeps its type, price and QR code; there is no fee and no refund of any price difference. Tickets cannot be moved to a different show.
4If BIPAM cancels a showtime
We will move your ticket to another date or time of the same show and email you the details. If the new time does not suit you, contact us and we will help you find another date or time of the same show.
5Passes
Passes are non-refundable. Seats you reserve with a pass can be released and reserved again from your pass page, up to the reservation cut-off before each showtime.
6Late arrival and entry
Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the venue. A ticket for a showtime you miss is not refunded or moved afterwards.
